Supplier Relationship Management Forum
MAPI's fourth annual Supplier Relationship Management Forum is designed specifically for senior SRM managers and directors in the manufacturing sector. The goal of this one-day forum is to bring together purchasing executives to share best practices in a candid, closed-door idea exchange. The agenda will give attendees the opportunity to hear presentations from and network with outside experts and peers alike.
This event will look at the supply chain and how managing risks, assessing and auditing suppliers, rationalization, and overall management of the supply chain is key to cost savings, risk reduction, and on time delivery. Looking at best practices, processes, and applied technology will give you the knowledge to apply these tools and techniques to your organization.
